Yet on O2s site, they say

the bit that says

Yeah,

Fair point, but what they are really getting at is the scam artists... The ones that start with

You are the lucky winner.....phone **** (usually at about £1.50 a minute)
to claim your prize. Wink

TPS (Telephone Preference Service) are also a good oranisation to visit, they aim to stop unwanted sales calls.
