Move the nameservers over to zoneedit's ones then you have your own login on zoneedit
This is a free service, their theory is you will see how good the service is and pay to put their domains there.
Once logged in you can do what you want, all you need is a simple A record to point www of your zone file bleh.com to your home IP
Then you just need the corresponding host header setup in the virtual server for IIS or in <virtualhost> directives in httpd.conf for apache.
The domain will then show up properly in the address bar, rather than some IP or frame forwarding.
Sounds like the best solution, not a good idea to host your own nameserver unless the stability is very good plus you would also need secondary somewhere.
Ive used zoneedit's services before and was very happy with it.
Talking about setting up your own DNS server, there is another point to consider that i dont think has been mentioned.
In the WHOIS DB, you need a minimum of 2 name servers, both at different IP addresses. If your internet connection only provides you with one external IP address, your proberly wasting your time.
I signed up for a zoneedit account, i'll use them for now untill I have an opportunity to set up my own novell nameservers (lol). Thank you for the suggestion Saxo.
