You do know that Service Pack 2 is out for Windows 2003 server, right?

Anyhow, how do you know that these are real "vulnerabilities" and not just open ports caused by other services and/or programs?

For example, port 135 and 139 are used by the RPC endpoint mapper and the Netbios session service. Port 445 is also a legitimate port opened by SMB and Microsoft-DS. These are ports that might be opened by default on your Windows 2003 box.

Are you just attempting to exploit these open ports?
