When I booted up this morning I had a little window
on my desk top on the heading was
RUNDLL and the message was

Error loading C:/PROGRA~1\uninstall

The specified Module could not be found

I have ran Spybot S&D, Malwarebytes and A-Squared

I ran your Trojan scan (A-Squared) today and the program found

Trace.Directory.FlyingBatsScenis (Med Risk) and
Riskware./AdTool.Win32.Mywebsearch.cm (Low Risk)

My computer is slow loading pages and other navigation.

I would appreciate any help.

Open Control PAnel/Add or Remove Programs and uninstall the MyWebSearch toolbar...Reboot the system and scan with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware(Make sure its up to date), remove all infections and save the log...Now Reboot...

Then Download

Trend Micro HijackThis 2.0.2 (http://download.cnet.com/Trend-Micro-HijackThis/3000-8022_4-10227353.html)
Install it and click on 'Run a scan and save the logfile'.

Provide the logfile of MBAM and Hijackthis Here..

As a countermeasure also run a scan using Microsoft® Windows® Malicious Software Removal Tool

The above advice is good, however please post your HiJackThis log in HijackThis section:

Then myself or someone else will be right along to help you.
