What do your event logs say?

If you login locally to a workstation, can you ping the DC/DNS server's hostname? What does NSLOOKUP return?

We need more information about the problem.

Nslookup says....: Cant find server name for add 10.10.1.2: Non existent domain
Default: Server: unknown
Address: 10.10.1.2

I can ping by hostname but My DNS both zone Froward & Reverse not both zones gone there's nothing but when I try create zone it says" The zone cannot be replicated DNSserver in the (Null) Active directory forest becaue required application directory partition does not exist. And one more thing is that I have replaced the NIC after replacing it the problem occurred. Kindly help me on this issue please.

How many domain controllers exist in your domain? You might have to demote one of the one DCs (not PDC).

How many DNS servers?

Lastly, what scope option are you using when you attempt to create a new zone, try selecting: All domain controllers in the Active Directory domain
