On my old Windows XP laptop I had some software to keep my laptop secure I just wandered if they are still useful on windows 7.

I have bought Norton 360.
I usually download Spybot S+D, Adaware and spyware blaster.
Are there any better ones out there? Any of those I shouldn't use.

Also to save starting another thread does anyone use Auslogics Defrag. I understand its better than the windows one?

I really want to look after this laptop and not let it get into a state that requires formatting or anything. So I want decent security cheap and some nice maintenence tools that are safe to use.

Thanks in advance,
AcidVenus

Hey download Endpoint Protection and do a scan your whole hard disk to remove virus from your laptop.
