I had Flash stop and say "encounter an error and had to close ..."
And here is what I found in the Event Log:
Faulting application FlashUtil10i_ActiveX.exe, version 10.1.82.76, time stamp 0x4c4fd88f, faulting module FlashUtil10i_ActiveX.exe, version 10.1.82.76, time stamp 0x4c4fd88f, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x0000279a, process id 0x7c0, application start time 0x01cb47998c20de35.
Could be an attack or a random crash, you have to consider what is the probability of being served a malicious flash from the site you were in.
If it was a 0day exploit against flash that uses a buffer overflow it might look like that, however the probability is pretty low of you hitting malicious flash like that unless you follow link from a malicious email.
