I have a pagefile.sys that is resting on my D:\ which houses virtual images. The size of the pagefile.sys is 148GB, my machine has 144GB oF RAM in it and I am curious if I need a pagefile, and why it wouldnt be on the C: instead of the D:

My performance options show the following for Virtual Memory:

Drive Paging File Size
C: None
D: System Managed
H: None

D:\ is set to System Managed and is 147445 MB, with a recommended of 221167, which is half the size of this drive.

Currently I have hyperV images running off this drive but am out of space and migrating them to H: which is a ISCI connection to a 1TB drive.
