Hi Gang,

I am in the process of creating a form that I complete when done servicing a client's PC. What I tend to capture is the overall status of the machine when I first see it. Than I provide the detail of the work that I do to upgrade SPs, update virus defs, harden services, etc.

Do you guys have anything like this or point me in the direction to get some ideas? I am building it in Word.

Thanks guys...have you checked out the new wallpapers? More to come

Could I ask what you have so far? I have done similar forms in the past
but I think it would be better just to add to what you already have.

Very Happy I certainly share with you when I am complete. I did one quickly for a client but not really happy with it.
how does this post look? I am using my wireless Tungsten C to compose it. New wireless network today and I am playing. Great to get SFDC up!!!

When I have done this I create an access database to hold the info, and a web frontend for the entry and viewing. Then you can access it from anywhere and can go back to old requests without going through a staack of forms. Add a search function and you're done.

That's sounds pretty good but a little too much for me. Actually SFDC comes up great on my C, would be nice to create a wireless access page like Yahoo did among other sites. Maybe I could suggest it

Thanks

I can get ahold of my old application (still in use at my old office) and could help you adapt it to your needs....

Thank you very much for the offer. I really don't want you to go out of your way.
So what you are saying is that if I go to a clients location, I can have this form setup on my website, fill it out and than have that info stored on an Access DB? OR am I reading this wrong?

Take care
GMAN
