Cant Print from Email

I have a user running OS X and Outloook 2001 for MAC. THe mail client is working, however, if you click on an email and try to print it you get the following error

" document could not print, print dialog box could not be displayed "
She can print attachments in email and everything else , just not an email itself.

Any hav any idea how to fix this ??

Outlook 2001 does not run natively under Mac OS X, it will be running in classic mode. This could be causing the printer problems as it might not have the correct driver for classic mode. I assume that the attachments are printing OK as they have Mac OS X-native applications.

I don't know how to get round this (apologies), what I personally would do in this situation is use another e-mail client, which runs natively under Mac OS X, like Eudora or Entourage (comes in the Micorsoft Office X bundle). Eudora is free (if you have a small box on the screen displaying ads) and can be downloaded from the web.
