I just started at a new job and one of the servers here that isn't connected to the internet has been infected by backdoor.pcclient, w32.sillyfdc & upsetup.exe.
Can anyone explain how these malware files appeared on the pc.

Thanks!

If the computer is connected to a network and one of the machines on the network contains one of these malware and tries to spread them -- that's one attack vector. Another possibility is the software you installed on the server may have contained these malware.

Looking at Symantec's definition of W32.SillyFDC:

"W32.SillyFDC is a generic detection that detects variants of the W32.Silly family of worms that spread by copying itself to removable media and may download other malicious applications."

It probably came from a USB or external drive that you've used to install software or copy files onto the server.
