hello
I have a system with one password (I'll call that "abc123") that will be controlled by a system with multiple passwords (in fact, it's a two-factor authentication, so it's a fixed password + unique rotating token)

so basically I need a way to convert multiple passwords into "abc123"

I was thinking about encrypting "abc123" with every possible password
and then when a user input one password, it decripts every encripted passwords until it finds a match (based on a hash possibly)

any better ideas?

That is basically what is done in asymmetric encryption schemes such as OpenPGP: you encrypt the body of the message with a given symmetric key, then you encrypt the key itself with all the public keys.
