    ----
I have some major PC problems in the last three years, destroyed PCs the works. Amazed, I have an email that works right now.
As have not been able to keep one.

First of all, I keep finding the PC remotely connected to another PC outside the home. Can this happen through malware or someone using a router. An It Pro said this can only happen if someone in your home allows this.
This person or persons destroy any firewalls, spyware protection we have.
I have called the FBI, nothing
Cannot find help anywhere.

If I happen to not log in again because someone changes the password. Can reach me on astro.com, MaryB

They know my problems, the webmaster and moniter my account with feriousity. Anyway, they are out of Switzerland.

Again i would suggest best thing is you scan your pc with anti-malwares
( malwarebytes , superantispyware , bitdefender ....)
and use win2ban to monitor who is trying to loging to your system so that you can ban those IP.

If you can track your network traffic real time, you can find out the one who is using your network and for what.
Try wireshark if you are a technical guru, or capsa for fresher.
