you'll need to change all the other settings and things so that it works for your forum like, but the top poster bit is uderneeth the latest discussion bit like you asked.

And your html layout on your main page (http://system32.gamingincite.com/) is all shoddy

your head, meta tags etc.. should be at the top : )
(and closed)

in browsers like I.E doubt it is a prob, but in half decent browsers it will show the page with errors

just a question ... if IE doesnt show the problems.. then how is it "half" to the other browsers that show the errors?
