I guess my last post got deleted, I suspect for duplication. Anyway, I hope this is not a duplicate post, at least I haven't seen one relating to this specific problem.

I am running an HP Media Center Athlon 3700+ on XP.

The HP does not come with any COM serial ports. I believe the DiginetSite program expects the computer to have a COM port for card control and/or PTZ functions on cameras.

On startup, the DiginetSite complains that it "Can't open port". In the System Setup component of the Diginet setup option, the option for PTZ are either COM1 or COM2, there is no option for Unused.

Can anyone please provide information on this issue if they can.
