I am trying to reverse some flat files that have been encrypted. Im guessing its some hexadecimal ecryption because I was able to figure out that two characters such as "" represents a large decimal number that can be broken down using a Juilian date calculation to get a MM/DD/YYYY format.

But, I can't figure out how to get the integer values from these symbols

SA = 5000000
cA = 10000000
? = 0.75

or

@! = 990.0

Any ideas?
