dear all

I have two internet lines, the 1st is leased line(frame relay 256kbps/64kbps) and the 2nd is ADSL line(2Mbps/512Mbps)
for the moment every line is connected to a linux proxy server. How can i connect these two lines to one proxy server with two scenarios:

1st scenario: If i want to connect them to tha same proxy server and when one of the line is down, the second will be up and vice versa, how to do this???

2nd scenario: if i want to connect them to the same proxy server and one of them used for download stream and the other for the upload stream. How can i do so???

thank u all for ur help in advance.
