Dear All,
I want to give Rights to User to use IIS Server only.
I have try the below things

I have created Group into Domain & given that group rights which is mentioned below:-

Create a User or Group into Domain & Local System and given that User or Group rights mentioned below:-

1) Access this computer from the network
2) Adjust memory quotas for a process
3) Allow log on locally
4) Create global objects
5) Generate security audits
6) Impersonate a client after authentication
7) Log on as a batch job
8) Log on as a service
9) Replace a process level token
10) Bypass traverse checking

Give them NTFS Rights into Registry mentioned below:-

1) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\IISAdmin
2) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\InetInfo
3) HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\ASP
4) HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\HTTP
5) HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\w3svc
6) HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\ MSFtpsvc
7) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services \ Eventlog \Application\Active Server Pages

Give the User or Group NTFS Rights to directory mentioned below:-

1) %windir%\help\iishelp\common
2) %windir%\IIS Temporary Compressed Files
3) %windir%\system32\inetsrv
4) %windir%\system32\inetsrv\*.vbs
5) %windir%\system32\inetsrv\ASP compiled templates
6) %windir%\system32\inetsrv\History
7) %windir%\system32\Logfiles
8) %windir%\system32\inetsrv\metaback
9) C:\Inetpub\Adminscripts
10) C:\Inetpub\wwwroot (or content directories)
11) %windir%\system32\inetsrv\iisadmpwd

I have given then the NTFS Rights also but still the same problem.
Users are using Windows 2000 Prof.(SP4) & Windows XP Prof.(SP2)

Guide me. Where I am wrong.
