I want to implement a security standard similar to www.adp.com. That is it requires the following information from the individual:

- user name
- password
- a unique certificate only valid on that machine.

What I am trying to prevent is the individual from giving out their user name and password to an unauthorized person in viewing sensitive data on the website. The user name and password is easy. What I don't know is how to implement the certificate part of the requirement. This is not the same as installing a certificate on an IIS server. Can someone provide links or guidance on where to start with the certificate?

Thank you!
