i have a user who never noticed the "sync issues" folder before (i don't know how Rolling Eyes ) and now wants me to remove it from the folder list view. is such a thing even possible? another user in the same domain does not have the sync issues listed anywhere in their mailbox, so they are assuming that it can be hidden, despite my insistence that it's an Exchange system folder and they don't have any access to change it.
