My wife got me a Dell Tablet for my Birthday. It runs Windows 8.

Overall, I'm happy with the format and how it responds to the touchscreen. Even impressed with the on-screen keyboard. Yet it is a pain to set it up to do restore points before every update... it was easy with XP, and a bit harder, but still somewhat easy with Windows 7.

Can't figure out why MS would make it such a major task now? Is it because I'm just getting older? Or is it as I believe that the simplier they make the visual interface, the more difficult it becomes to maneuver through specific tasks?

Comments are welcome on anything above except my age Rolling Eyes
